Sales of art
Gallery 2 deducts 30% of sale price on all transactions effecting the sale of the artist's works represented. We use PayPal as our primary monetary gateway. There is a 30 day hold on all purchases pending a return request. All transactions processed via River Art Gallery and will show in transaction documentation as "River Services"
furthermore all prices published must not be more than prices for the same work of art published elsewhere.
Termination:
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for
any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive
termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and
limitations of liability.
Subscriptions:
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in
advance on a recurring basis.
Copyright Ownership
It is illegal to reproduce any content ( words, pictures, audio ) without proper authority from the owner of the rights
to these content properties. Your access to and use of the Service hereby affirms that you either owns all reproducing
rights to the content
he or she who is submitting and/or participating in the creation of content, or has obtained sufficient
legal authority from all the owners to permit you to reproduce these images without infringing
on the rights on any individual.
Furthermore the user agrees to indemnify Gallery 2 and any
of its agents from any claims of liability from any alleged or actual inaccuracy in this affirmation.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information,
text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for all content.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled
by our Company.

privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and
