Hanna Butler was influenced by the idea of non-objective art. A pure expression on pattern, shape, and an intuitive color directs her creations. From
visiting studios of many
artist she came to see these elements shaped most artists work. An admirer of Mondrian, she saw his work plays with form. The idea of the pure image happens in the formality she discovers.
