Statement
"Spherical harmonics in the computation of atomic orbital electron configurations, representation of gravitational fields, geoids, and the magnetic fields of planetary bodies and stars are a starting point for my art. Drawing with mathematics is eventually rather similar to eye hand co-ordination. Co-ordinates are the points math uses to stitch an image of vector equilibrium. I say it is a starting point because cranking the scheme around to make pictures initiates thinking. That makes more complex pictures in my imagination. They will emerge as generations of proof seeking balance."
