Biography
Stuart has painted for more than 45 years. He studied at the Corcoran College of Art and graduated from Silvermine College of Art. He is a multi-disciplinary artist focusing on painting, drawing and photography. Bigley’s painting for over 35 years has been primarily lyrical abstractions in acrylic on canvas and paper. He has drawn the human figure weekly for over forty years. In his photography he has moved from film to digital over the past 10 years also using the human figure as his point of reference.
