Statement
"Over the years I have sketched, made prints, and drawings. The mixed media works are cartoons. The
lithographs represent my icons of a failed leadership. I call the group "Civilization" because that has been
our failure. I am not angry. I am not violent. I am not obsessed with tragedy. I only take out the demons
and ugliness and put them on paper. It is a healing exercise. To pretend that these things do not exist, is
to march into a death chamber. I don't want that for myself, my loved ones, or anyone else."
